If you need some knitting or crochet resources, check our my "Fiber Arts" page here on Inspired Me 411. HERE     Crafts have been a relaxing activity for me and I hope the Vice President inspires others to give this craft a try. Be inspired!

When I am at my art table, I feel peaceful and that result has been good enough for me. But as I was doing some research, I discovered much, much more was happening in my body and mind.
