My First Diary and 3 Journaling Styles

Welcome! Today's post is about my experience with journaling and three of my favorite styles.  This post was written May 21, 2020. Journaling has been a part of my life since my pre-teen years. I am not a doctor, psychiatrist, therapist or scientist but I am a woman who has faced depression, anxiety and related conditions for years. When I started on my journey of wellness and self care, arts and crafts became one of my best remedies. It didn't heal all my problems but it has given
