YouTube Video: Relaxing Watercolor Art Journal Page

One of my favorite things to do this year is watercolor portrait art journaling. Last Summer, I started playing with it and found it to be relaxing and fun. I haven't had a lot of experience with watercolors so it has been a joy exploring and experimenting with this medium. Here is one of my latest pages and the YouTube process video.

In this video, you will see how I created her features, her hair, her pink glitter top, the background and the writing all set to chill jazz music. Let the relaxing vibes soothe you. While I was painting, I was thinking about professional and personal dreams so that's what I decided to journal. I hope this "dream girl" video helps you relax and consider your dreams today. My First Diary and 3 Journaling Styles

Welcome! Today's post is about my experience with journaling and three of my favorite styles. This post was written May 21, 2020. Journaling has been a part of my life since my pre-teen years. Like most girls, I kept a diary and hid it in a secret place. I think I got my first one as a gift and wrote about daily and special events. I remember there was this cute boy I met. I was too shy to tell anyone I liked him so I wrote about it in my diary. It was a safe place to share these new and wonderful feelings. I gotta find that journal and check it out. 6 Julie Nutting Doll Stamps & Christmas Outfits

Happy Holidays! I hope you all had a very merry Christmas. Today's blog post is all about Julie Nutting Doll Stamps. I have six of them and decided to dress them up for Christmas. In this post, you will learn quick and easy ways to create their outfits, skin color and hair. So cute! These would make pretty slimline greeting cards or use them in a mini album. Take a look.
