YouTube Video: Relaxing Watercolor Art Journal Page

One of my favorite things to do this year is watercolor portrait art journaling. Last Summer, I started playing with it and found it to be relaxing and fun. I haven't had a lot of experience with watercolors so it has been a joy exploring and experimenting with this medium. Here is one of my latest pages and the YouTube process video.

In this video, you will see how I created her features, her hair, her pink glitter top, the background and the writing all set to chill jazz music. Let the relaxing vibes soothe you. While I was painting, I was thinking about professional and personal dreams so that's what I decided to journal. I hope this "dream girl" video helps you relax and consider your dreams today. My First Diary and 3 Journaling Styles

Welcome! Today's post is about my experience with journaling and three of my favorite styles. This post was written May 21, 2020. Journaling has been a part of my life since my pre-teen years. Like most girls, I kept a diary and hid it in a secret place. I think I got my first one as a gift and wrote about daily and special events. I remember there was this cute boy I met. I was too shy to tell anyone I liked him so I wrote about it in my diary. It was a safe place to share these new and wonderful feelings. I gotta find that journal and check it out.
