Happy New Year!!! I hope the year is getting off to a nice start for you. I just found out about this free card event called. "Create with Your Cardmaking Stash Summit" hosted by Justine Hovey. It is an online three day event January 29-31, 2026. VIP upgrade is available. Registration is open now.

Also, Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 4:00 pm (EST), Justine will do a LIVE masterclass. According the website, there will be numerous presenters teaching various classes as well as a Facebook group. Also, I read there will be a "Craft Live and Take Action" time with some of the presenters. They said over 20,000 registered last year so it must be a great event.

Do you like to journal or scrapbook? Well, look at these fun supplies I recently got from Joann and Studio Calico . I can use a lot of these goodies in my traveler's notebooks, cards and layouts. Also, I will show you how I used some of these items in my journal. Take a look! First, here are a few things I ordered from Studio Calico. This was my first time shopping with them and I love it! Patterned paper pad, animal print washi tape and this adorable traveler's notebook journal. The pad was $1 with the purchase. My First Diary and 3 Journaling Styles

Welcome! Today's post is about my experience with journaling and three of my favorite styles. This post was written May 21, 2020. Journaling has been a part of my life since my pre-teen years. Like most girls, I kept a diary and hid it in a secret place. I think I got my first one as a gift and wrote about daily and special events. I remember there was this cute boy I met. I was too shy to tell anyone I liked him so I wrote about it in my diary. It was a safe place to share these new and wonderful feelings. I gotta find that journal and check it out. (Off to go find it!) Look, I found my precious little diary! Although it smells dusty and the paper has yellowed, my young words and thoughts are so sweet! Here is what I wrote May 21st.
