What Is Neurographic Art & Is It Theraputic?

 Have you seen this squiggly line art that looks like a stain glass windows or a science project? I have seen lots of it on YouTube and have tried it. This method of art is called Neurographic art. This art's objective is quieting the mind, relaxing your body and releasing tension and stressful emotions. I tried it and IT WORKS! Two Fun Art YouTube Channels To Follow

If you want to draw or paint but don't know how or if you are just need easy guidance, these two YouTube channels are for you. Meet Lacey and Andrea.   They are masters at teaching mostly watercolor tutorials in super fun and doable lessons. You don't have to have any art skill to receive the relaxation their style brings. I love watching their YouTube Short videos. NEW Video: Valentine's Day Theme Curly Red Hair Tutorial

In celebration of love and Valentine's Day, here is a video tutorial on how to create curly red hair with watercolors. Also, you will learn how I created the whole art journal page. FUN VIDEO: Julie Nutting Doll Stamps- New Year's Eve Outfits

If you love Julie Nutting Doll Stamps, this post is for you. I haven't used mine in a while and enjoyed dressing them up for New Year's Eve with watercolors, acrylic paint markers and GLITTER. Although these dolls can be used on a card, I created this tutorial in my art journal. Click on this picture to see what they were saying, Check out this video tutorial. Click the link HERE . The stamps I used were Jayla, Kelly, Willow and Nora. In the video, I shared how I painted their outfits and added chucky glitter on two of them. So fun!
