Happy February! This month is full of "Red Carpet " award shows and fashion weeks. In celebration of the high fashion, I created this easy, five step glitter tutorial. If you love Julie Nutting Doll Stamps, this post is for you. I haven't used mine in a while and enjoyed dressing them up for New Year's Eve with watercolors, acrylic paint markers and GLITTER.
