What Is Neurographic Art & Is It Theraputic?

 Have you seen this squiggly line art that looks like a stain glass windows or a science project? I have seen lots of it on YouTube and have tried it. This method of art is called Neurographic art. This art's objective is quieting the mind, relaxing your body and releasing tension and stressful emotions. I tried it and IT WORKS! I did feel calmer and lost in art and I hope you will, too.

This practice is for everyone with no art skill required. You can use simple art supplies like a pen, markers and paper and experience the mindfulness we all need especially in stressful times.

Joann & Studio Calico Hauls

Do you like to journal or scrapbook? Well, look at these fun supplies I recently got from  Joann and Studio Calico . I can use a lot of these goodies in my traveler's notebooks, cards and layouts.
