Hey everyone! I am popping in to let you know I found a few things maybe you already know about but I wanted to share them just in case.

Housework or Handcrafts?

Welcome to Inspired Me 411! Here's a question, would you rather wash dishes or craft???? My hand is up for CRAFTING!!!! Do you ever feel like spending time doing arts and crafts is "lollygagging"  or wasting time? During this global pandemic, most of us are busy cooking, cleaning, home schooling, working and other tasks. We are all in need of some personal play time especially now, right? When I am at my art table, I feel peaceful and that result has been good enough for me. But as I was doing some research, I discovered much, much more was happening in my body and mind.
